摘要
物业管理信息系统(PMIS)是规范物业服务行为、提高物业管理效率的一个重要手段。将基于构件的软件开发技术(CBSD)应用于PMIS开发中,描述了PMIS的基本功能与构件划分,结合统一建模语言(UML)技术提出了基于用例驱动的构件快速设计方法,详细介绍了具体构件的设计实现过程,给出了PMIS的数据库分析设计模型、以及多层次逻辑架构。研究实例表明,基于构件的软件开发技术提供了业务流程的灵活定制能力,有利于业务流程重组,极大地提高了MIS的可维护性、可重用性和可扩展性。
Property Management Information System(PMIS) is an important means to regulate services behavior and improve the efficiency of property management.Component-based software development(CBSD) technology is used in PMIS develop ment。The paper first describes the basic functions and components’division of the Property Management Information System(PMIS),and then gives the rapid design method of components based on case-driven with Unified Modeling Language(UML) technology and introduces the design implementation process in detail.At the same time,the PMIS database analysis and design’s models,and PMIS multi-level logic architecture are also presented.At last,the example illustrates that the development method based on components provides a flexible customization capabilities of business process,and so not only benefits business process reengineering,but greatly improves the maintainability,reusability and scalability of the PMIS.
