摘要
选用氮高效水稻Dasanbyeo与氮低效水稻Lemont,采用土培方法,在4个施氮量(0、1.04、1.55、2.07g盆-1)处理下,主要研究了开花期不同氮素利用率水稻品种的碳氮代谢生化特性及与氮肥利用率的关系。结果表明,在开花期的氮高效品种Dasanbyeo磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPCase)、二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶(RuBPCase)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、硝酸还原酶(NR)及蛋白质(Pro)含量均明显高于氮低效品种Lemont;且在中、低氮(1.03~2.07 g盆-1)水平时品种间差异显著。2种不同氮效率水稻碳氮代谢调节酶RuBPCase、SPS、NR活性均随施氮量的增加而呈抛物线增加。氮高效品种PEPCase酶活性与Pro含量随施氮量的增加而呈线性增加;品种间净光合速率(Pn)在不同氮素水平差异不显著。回归分析表明,NR、PEPCase活性与Pro含量是导致氮肥利用率(NUE)品种间差异的主要生理表现。
The relationship between the biochemical characteristics and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE) in the Flowering Stage of the rice (Oryza Sativa L.) variety-Dasanbyeo with high NUE and Lemont with low NUE, which were treated with 4 nitrogen-applying rates ( 0, 1.04, 1.55 and 2.07 g·pot-1 ) under the condition of pot culturation, was studied. The result indicated that the activity of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPCase), ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase (RuBPCase) and sucrose phosphorylase synthase (SPS) and the content of protein in the flowering stage of Dasanbyeo were obviously higher than those in Lemont and the difference in those indexes between the two different varieties were significant at the treatment with meddle and low nitrogen-applying rate(1.03-2.07 g·pot-1). The activity of RuBPCase, SPS and Nitrate reductase (NR) of the two species of rice varieties was varied with the increment of nitrogen-applying rate, which relationship was in the parabola in shape. The activity of PEPCase and the content of protein in Dasanbyeo were raised with the increment of nitrogen-applying rate, which showed a linear relation. The difference of net photosynthesis rate between the two different varieties were not significant at the difference treatments of nitrogen level. The regression analysis showed that the difference in the activity of NR, PEPCase and the content of Pro resulted mainly in the various phenotypes of NUE of different varieties.
