摘要
美国在经济发展过程中也曾出现过局部性的"三农问题",尤其是在南北战争爆发以后,政治、经济、文化等多方面的原因导致南部地区城市化进程明显滞后,从而加剧了南部农业生产方式落后、农民贫困、农村社会发展缓慢的"三农问题"。这一具有美国特色的"三农问题"在南部持续了相当长的时间,导致了严重的社会问题,而其最终解决仍主要得益于城市化的加速和完成。
America had regional three -dimensional rural issues in its developing time. Especially after the Civil War, the urbani- zation of the South lagged behind the other areas, which intensified its three - dimensional rural issues. The three - di- mensional rural issues had disturbed the development of the South of America for a long time. But as the urbanization developing, it was alleviated, then absolved.
