急性心肌梗死患者糖化血红蛋白浓度变化分析

摘要 目的探究急性心肌梗死患者糖化血红蛋白浓度变化的意义。方法以2009年1 1月~201 2年1月收治的急性心肌梗死患者87例为研究对象。根据糖化血红蛋白浓度分为正常组(49例)与异常组(38例),两组患者入院后采用介入治疗。对比两组患者心功能分级、治疗效果和并发症。结果正常组患者心功能更好,临床治疗效果佳,手术后并发症发生率低,与异常组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0 05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者糖化血红蛋白浓度与疾病严重程度、治疗效果有关,有助于临床诊治进行预测。 Objective To explore the significance of changes in glycated hemoglobin concentration in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 87 cases with acute myocardial infarction from November 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital were chosen in this study. Glycosylated hemoglobin concentration into the normal group and the abnormal group, two groups of patients admitted to hospital after interventional therapy. The two groups were compared in patients with cardiac function grading, treatment and complications. Results The normal group of patients with heart function better, the best clinical outcomes, low complication rate after surgery, compared with the abnormal group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction in patients with glycosylated hemoglobin concentration and disease severity, treatment effect related to contribute to the clinical diagnosis and treatment to predict.
