摘要
目的分析经内镜金属内支架置入术在结直肠癌梗阻的临床效果。方法将201 0年1月～2011年6月收治结直肠癌梗阻58例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用急诊手术治疗,观察组采用经内镜金属内支架置入术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者以及并发症率[51.72%(1 5/29)比13.79%(4/29)】比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经内镜金属内支架置入术治疗结直肠癌梗阻能有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量和住院时间,术后并发症发生率低,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of colorectal endoscopic metal stenting in colorectal obstruction. Methods 58 cases with colorectal obstruction in our hospital from January to June 2011 were randomLy divided into control and observation group and control group. Control group were treated with emergency surgery, the observation group were treated with endoscopic metal stent into surgery, patient＇s outcomes were compared. Results Intraoperative blood loss had significant difference between the two groups, P 〈0.01; the operation time, postoperative passage of flatus, length of hospital stay and complications between the two groups, there were significant differences （P 〈0.05）,.Conclusion Endoscopic metal stent placement treatment of colorectal obstruction effectively shorten the time of surgery to reduce intraoperative blood loss and length of stay, fewer postoperative complications, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
