摘要
目的评价方丝弓托槽固定与全瓷冠联合应用于外伤前牙美容修复的疗效。方法 2007年1月～201 0年3月采用方丝弓托槽固定和全瓷冠联合修复62颗外伤前牙(32例患者)。随访1 2～24个月,观察修复效果。结果复位并修复成功57颗牙,成功率为91.9%,1 2～24个月随访显示,修复体稳固,边缘密合度良好,修复体和基牙边缘过渡自然,牙周组织健康,患者对治疗效果满意。结论方丝弓托槽固定与全瓷冠联合修复在治疗前牙外伤美容修复中,可以降低操作难度,简化治疗流程,恢复更加完善的口腔功能和达到美观要求。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect on defected anterior tooth with unification methods of teeth fixation by edgewise appliance and all-ceramic crowns. Methods 62 anterior teeth （32 cases） were treated with unification methods of teeth fixation by edgewise appliance and all- ceramic crowns in January 2007 to March 2010 period, and the effect of prostheses was observed. Results According to one to two year＇s clinical observation,57 teeth were restored and the success rate was 91.9%, the prostheses were stable; the defected anterior teeth and the periodontal tissue were healthy. Conclusion Using the unification methods of teeth fixation by edgewise appliance and all-ceramic crowns to treat the defected incisors can decrease the difficulty of treatment, simplify the operation procedure and secure the best functional and esthetic in appearance.
