摘要
目的探讨耳内镜治疗耳道胆脂瘤的方法及效果。方法选取2007～2011年湖南省衡山县人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的40例耳道胆脂瘤患者,回顾性分析耳内镜治疗耳道胆脂瘤的手术方法和效果。结果 40例患者手术后随访1～6个月均无复发,患者听力较治疗前明显改善,3例患者出现术后外耳道狭窄。结论耳内镜治疗耳道胆脂瘤视野清晰、操作简单,且疗效可靠。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of the ear, the clinical application of endoscopic treatment of the ear canal cholesteatoma.Methods From 2007 to 2011, 40 cases admitted to hospital ENT ear canal cholesteatoma patients, endoscopic treatment of retrospective analysis of ear surgery of the ear canal cholesteatoma and effects. Results 40 patients after surgery from January to June there was no recurrence in patients with hearing improved significantly over the previous three cases of patients with postoperative external auditory canal stenosis. Corlclusion The ear endoscopic treatment of the ear canal cholesteatoma vision clear, easy to operate, effective and reliable.
