摘要
目的探讨低场MRI应用于女性盆腔良性肿瘤诊断的临床价值。方法选取60例病理证实为盆腔良性肿瘤的患者,采用低场MRI检查,以病理诊断结果为金标准,对低场MRI检查结果与病理结果进行比较。结果低场MRI检查诊断为巨大子宫肌瘤30例,18例为浆液性囊腺瘤,8例为卵巢膜细胞瘤,3例为卵巢囊肿,1例为卵巢畸胎瘤,54例与病理诊断结果相符,诊断符合率为90.0%,与病理检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低场MRI可清楚显示女性盆腔肿瘤形态,大小及其与周围结构的关系,定性和定位准确,诊断准确率较高,是女性盆腔良性肿瘤术前常规检查经济实用的影像学检查方法。
Objective To investigate the application of low field MRI in female pelvic benign tumor diagnosis. Methods A total of 60 cases of histologically confirmed benign pelvic tumors patients, using low field MRI examination, pathological diagnosis result as the gold standard, on the low field MRI findings and pathological results were compared to the people. Results the low field MRI diagnosis of giant uterine myoma in 30 cases, 18 cases of serous cystadenoma, 8 cases were ovarian theca cell tumor, 3 cases of ovarian cyst, 1 cases of ovarian teratoma, 54 cases with pathological diagnosis results, the diagnostic rate was 90.0%, and the Irathological examination results had no significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Low field MRI can clearly show the female pelvic tumor morphology, size and its relationship to surrounding structures, qualitative and accurate positioning, higher diagnostic accuracy, is the female pelvic benign tumor preoperative routine examination of economical and practical method of imaging.
