摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术在妇科术后粘连性肠梗阻中的综合疗效。方法选取2007年8月～201 2年2月于浙江省立同德医院进行治疗的56例妇科术后粘连性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组(开腹手术组)和观察组(腹腔镜手术组)各28例,比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、再次粘连发生率及手术前后的血清炎性指标。结果观察组的术中出血量小于对照组,手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,再次粘连发生率低于对照组,术后不同时间段的血清炎性指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术在妇科术后粘连性肠梗阻中的综合疗效明显,对于患者的不良影响小。
Objective To study the comprehensive effect of laparoscopic operation in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after gynecological operation. Methods 56 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after gynecological operation in our hospital from August 2007 to February 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomLy divided into control group （open operation group）and observation group （laparoscopic operation group）with 28 cases in each group according to random number table, then the blood loss during the operation, operation time, off-bed activity time, hospitalization time, rate of second adhesion and serum inflammatory indexes before and after the operation of two groups were compared. Results The blood loss during the operation of observation group was less than that of control group, operation time, off-bed activity time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of control group, rate of second adhesion was lower than that of control group, serum inflammatory indexes after the operation at different times were lower than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences, Conclusion The comprehensive effect of laparoscopic operation in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after gynecological operation is obvious, and the harmful effects for the patients is smaller.
