摘要
目的探讨低分子右旋糖苷注射液治疗特发性突聋的临床疗效。方法四川省遂宁市中心医院2009年3月～2012年5月的120例患者分为两组。观察组给予低分子右旋糖苷注射液,对照组给予舒血通注射液,比较两组患者的总体疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率(88.2%)显著高于对照组(67.1%)(P<0.05)。结论相对于舒血通注射液等其他药物,扩血容量药物低分子右旋糖苷注射液治疗特发性突聋临床效果更佳。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight dextran injection on idiopathic sudden deafness.Methods 120 patients admitted in our hospital from March 2009 to May 2012 were divided into two groups. The observation group received low molecular weight dextran injection and the control group was given Shuxuetong injection, the overall curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The efficacious rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（88.2% vs 67.1%,P〈0.05） Conclusion Using expanding blood volume drugs of low molecular weight dextran injection is more effective for idiopatihic sudden deafness relative to Shuxuetong injection and other drugs.
