摘要
目的探讨超声二维应变成像技术检测冠心病患者左心室缺血心肌在纵向上收缩运动的变化特点。方法选取2011年3月~2012年3月就诊的118例冠心病患者作为观察组;110例体检健康的人作为对照组。超声采集受检者左心室心尖长轴切面、二腔心切面和四腔心切面的高帧频二维动态图像,应用二维应变成像分析程序测量出左心室各个节段的收缩期纵向应变值,并进行比较分析。结果观察组左心室各个节段的收缩期纵向应变值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论超声二维应变成像技术可以敏感反映出由血流灌注减少而导致的局部心肌收缩功能异常。
Objective To investigate the two-dimensional strain imaging for detection of coronary artery disease with left ventricular myocardial ischemia in longitudinal systolic motion characteristics.Methods From 2011 March to 2012 March in our hospital, 118 cases of patients with coronary heart disease 110 cases as observation group; physical healthy people as control group. Ultrasound acquisition subjects with left ventricular apical long-axis plane, two chamber view and four chamber view high frame frequency 2 D dynamic image, using two dimensional strain imaging analysis procedure for the measurement of left ventricular systolic longitudinal strain of each segment, and a comparative analysis. Results The observation group in various segments of the left ventricle systolic longitudinal strain was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Two-dimensional strain imaging can be sensitive to reflect the reduced blood perfusion in regional myocardial systolic dysfunction.
