药物治疗与心理康复疗法治疗脑卒中的临床效果研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的比较药物治疗与心理康复疗法治疗脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2009年2月～2011年2月40例脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例。观察组采取药物治疗与心理康复疗法治疗,对照组单纯采取药物治疗,观察对比两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%;对照组总有效率为65.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后的MSSS、MBI、HAMD比较差异有统计学意义,观察组改善程度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论药物治疗与心理康复疗法治疗脑卒中的临床效果显著,比单纯药物治疗占有明显优势,不仅能够显著提高患者日常生活及活动的能力,还有助于改善其神经功能,具有重要的临床应用价值。
