聚合酶链反应检测成人牙周病患者病原菌的诊断价值 被引量:4

PCR technique in detection of pathogens causing periodontal diseases in adult patients

摘要 目的探讨聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测牙周病患者主要牙周病病原菌的诊断价值。方法根据细菌16SrRNA设计8种主要牙周病病原菌聚合酶链反应引物,采用聚合酶链反应技术检测65例牙周病患者的主要牙周病病原菌。结果 65例牙周病患者牙周袋分泌物中检出7种牙周病病原菌,包括伴放线杆菌44株,阳性率67.7%,福赛斯拟杆菌31株,阳性率47.7%,直肠弯曲菌52株,阳性率80.0%,巨核梭杆菌61株,阳性率93.8%,啮蚀艾肯氏菌48株,阳性率73.8%,牙龈卟啉单胞菌58株,阳性率89.2%,中间普氏菌54株,阳性率83.1%,未检出齿垢密螺旋体。结论聚合酶链反应检测牙周病患者主要牙周病病原菌具有简便、快速的特点,对牙周病病原学诊断有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE To assess the diagnostic value of polymerase chain reaction (PCR)in detection of the main pathogens causing periodontal diseases. METHODS We established a conventional PCR primers for 8 putative periodontopathic bacteria according to 16S rRNA, then the PCR technique was employed to detect the main pathogens isolated from 65 patients with periodontal diseases. RESULTS Totally 7 species of pathogens were isolated from the periodontal pocket secretions of 65 patients, including 44 strains of Actinobacillus actinornyceterncornitans (67. 7%), 31 strains of Forsythus (47. 7%), 52 strains of Rectal campylobacter (80.0%), 61 strains of Megakaryocyte fusobacteriurn (93. 8%), 48 strains of Nie eclipse Aiken bacteria (73.8%) ,58 strains of Porphyromonas gingivalis aeromona (89.2%), and 54 strains of Prevotella intermedia (83.1 %), there were no strains of Treponema denticola detected. CONCLUSION The PCR technique is simple and rapid to detect the main pathogens in the patients with periodontal diseases, it has great significance in the diagnosis of the etiology of the periodontal diseases.
