摘要
本文报道采用双侧肾上腺切除、肾上腺皮质细胞移植治疗柯兴氏病的新方法。4例病人接受此法治疗,其中3例治疗后随访一年以上。1例不用任何激素替代而完全治愈。另2例仅用少量激素,文中介绍了肾上腺皮质细胞制备及移植方法。
A new method for managing Cushing's disease-bilateral adrenalectomy and autotransplantation of adrenal cortical cells is presented here. Four patients were treated with this method, and of these, 3cases were followed up for more than 1 year after treatment. One of them was cured completely after withdrawl of the hormone replacement therapy. Two others needed only very small amounts of prednisone. Methods of preparation and transplantation of adrenal cortical cell suspension were introduced. We have not found any similar reports on the management for Cushing's disease, using bilateral adrenalcctomy associated with autotransplantation of adrenal cortical cells in the literature.
