摘要
积极财政政策是现阶段我国政府宏观经济调控政策的主要内容,当前我国仍然面临着较为复杂的经济形势。为及时总结政府在宏观经济调控方面的经验,探索在目前的后危机时代如何进一步完善政府宏观调控体系,维护经济的平稳较快增长,本文对2008年以来的积极财政政策效果进行了分析与总结,并就共同点和不同点与1998-2003年积极财政政策进行了对比和评价,最后指出了存在的问题以及应对措施。
The positive financial policy is the main content of the macroscopical economy adjusting control,and our country still faces more complex economic situation at present.To sum up the experience of the government＇s macro-control,the paper analyzed and summarized the effect of active fiscal policy since 2008,And this paper comprised the common and different points with 1998-2003 active fiscal policies,so that we could explore how to further perfect the government＇s macro-control in the post-crisis era.At last,the author pointed out the existing problems and countermeasures.
