内蒙古地区牛传染性鼻气管炎血清学调查 被引量:11

SEROLOGICAL INVESTIGATION OF INFECTIOUS BOVINE RHINOTRACHEITIS IN INNER MONGOLIAN REGION

摘要 本文应用ELISA方法对内蒙古自治区13个盟市457头牛进行了牛传染性鼻气管炎血清流行病学调查。结果显示,除兴安盟、巴彦诺尔市、乌海市和阿拉善盟以外,其他盟市均查出牛传染性鼻气管炎感染阳性牛,最低感染率仅为5%,最高感染率达100%,中东部地区疫情较严重。本研究结果,为内蒙古地区牛传染性鼻气管炎的防制提供可参考数据。 In this research,457 serum bovine samples collected from 13 union cities in Inner Mongolian region were tested for detection of bovine rhinotracheitis.Results showed that,apart from the Xingan Union,Bayinnuoer city,Wuhai city and Alashan union,other Union City were found positive for Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis infection in cattle,lowest infection rate is 5%;greatest infection rate is 100%,infection is more serious in the eastern region.
