摘要
文章介绍了符合ARINC 664规范第7部分的AFDX交换机的ASIC设计和实现。文章先简单介绍了AFDX交换机的特点以及与商用交换机的区别;着重介绍了AFDX交换机的系统结构和各模块的功能设计;最后介绍了ASIC芯片的设计过程和实现情况。测试结果证明,该交换机芯片满足ARINC 664的各项性能指标,且通过了TechSat ADS2的各项测试用例,同时也可实现器件国产化的需求。
Based on the analysis of ARINC 664 specification part 7,which is a set of standard protocols for Avionics Full duplex Switched Ethernet,an AFDX switch ASIC design method is presented in this paper.AFDX policing filtering and switching are implemented in an ASIC.The system architecture and the design of individual AFDX module are discussed in particular.AFDX switch has the advantage of determinating timing delay and reliable transport mechanism compared with commercial switch.Experimental result shows this ASIC chip can fulfill the test requirements of TechSat.It also has the important effect for the requirement of device homemade.
