介绍了国外油基钻井液水基,合成基替代物的发展状况,对比了各种钻井液体系的优缺点,提出油基钻井液替代物具有巨大的市场潜力。对国内油基钻井液替代物的发展和应用作了较详细的阐述。
The use of oil-based mud is getting more and more limited because of the environmental pollution produced , and more alternatives to it are developed for petroleum drilling. There are generally two systems, one is water base system, such as cationic polymer drilling fluid, polypropylene glycol drilling fluid, potassium drilling fluid and silicate drilling fluid, etc. The other is synthetic based system, such as ester-based drilling fluid and ether-based drilling fluid, etc. Their advantages and disadvantages are compared, and their development and application in China are described in detail.
