摘要
西北农林科技大学立足于服务现代农业,加速科技推广和科技成果转化,以大学为依托,以大学专家领衔和基层农技推广力量为骨干,在区域主导产业中心地带建立永久性试验示范站(基地),构建起从科技源头到"最后一公里"的快捷通道。在运行机制上,实行产学研、农科教紧密结合,大学专家与地方农技推广力量紧密结合,院校科技资源与政府行政资源和企业经济资源紧密结合,激活了现有的农技推广体系,加速了最新农业技术的推广应用,推动了区域主导产业升级和产业关键技术、共性技术研发,探索形成国内独具特色的"西农模式"。
Focusing on serving for modern agriculture,accelerating agricultural extension and technology transfer,Northwest AF University creates an express channel from technology to the ＂last kilometer＂ by establishing permanent experiment demonstration stations（bases） in the regional leading industry core areas,which lays on experts in the university and agricultural extension technicians.Through integrating teaching and research with industry,combinating experts in the university and local agriculture extension technicians,intergrating technology resources from the university,administrative resources from government and economic resources from enterprises,it accelerates extension of updated agricultural technology,promotes upgrading of regional leading industry and the ResearchDevelopment of key industrial technology and generic technology,and explores and creates unique＂Northwest AF University Model＂in China.
