摘要
地方高校学生党员作为地方社会经济服务建设的主力军,不仅要具有过硬的知识技能,还要有较高的思想道德修养。地方高校学生党员素质的高低对开展地方高校学生思想教育工作具有很大影响。近年来,地方高校培养发展大学生入党工作呈现出良好的态势,取得了明显的成效,但由于多种因素的影响,也出现了不少问题。文章重点分析了当前地方高校学生党员现状和培养教育中存在的问题,探索地方高校学生党员培养教育模式,建立一套完整的、科学可行的地方高校学生党员培养教育工作体系。
As the main force of local social and economic services, the student Party members in local colleges and universities should have not only excellent command of knowledge and skill but also a high ideological and moral cultivation. Ideological education will be a great influence on the qualities of student Party members in local colleges and universities. Cultivation of students Party members have been greatly improved in recent years. However, there are various problems appearing at the meantime. This thesis focuses on the current situation of student Party members and the problems of educating them, which can help explore the education mode for student Party members in local colleges and universities and set up a complete, scientific and feasible education system.
