摘要
介绍了用于高温碳酸盐储层深度酸化压裂工艺的前置液和酸化液的选择标准,并结合大港油田板深7井储层特征对酸化压裂液体系进行了研究和优化。选出了适合该井深度酸化压裂的工作液及添加剂。试验结果表明,降阻稠化酸具有很好的缓速性能、降阻性能及防粘土膨胀性能,配伍性好;酸液体系均具有较低的表面张力,有助于残酸快速反排;前置液基液具有耐温、耐酸性,粘度适中,与降阻缓速酸配伍性好等特点,均能满足板深7井深度酸化压裂的要求。
This paper presents the selection standards of preflush and acidizing fluid used in deep acid-fracturing for high temperature carbonate reservoir. The suitable working fluid and additives for well Banshen-7 are selected , based on these standards and study on the reservoir characteristic of this well. The friction reducing thickening acid is fairly compatible and shale inhibitive, and has good retarding and friction reducing properties. The acid fluid system has lower surface tension, which could help the rapid discharge of residual acid. The base fluid of preflush shows such advantages as good tolerance to temperature and acid, suitable viscosity and good compatibility with friction reducing retarding acid.
