摘要
分析了风电机组火灾隐患多、损失大、扑救难等特性及由于短路、设备质量低劣、雷击、电缆过电流等因素造成火灾的原因;阐述了当前预防和扑救所采用的阻燃、自动探测和自动灭火等技术;重点研究了新型泡沫剂灭火装置的灭火机理、特点及应用,结合风电机组实际,设置火灾场景,进行试验论证,提出了灭火装置在风电机组消防安全中应用的可行性及设计、安装等原则。
The characteristic of suchas wind turbine generator system much fire hazard, great loss and being difficult to rescue were studied, and also the reason of fire was analyzed, which include short circuit, poor quality of equipment, lightning, cable excess of electricity and etc. The flame retardant, detection and automatic fire preventing and extinguishing technology in current use were elaborated. The fire extinguishing mechanism, characteristics and application of New Foam Fire Extinguishing Device were discussed, and the experimental demonstration were carried out based on setting the fire scene combined with the actual wind turbine generator system. At last, the feasibili ty and the principle of designation and installation of fire extinguishing device in the wind turbine generator system were put forward for reference.
