摘要
在不改变污水处理厂现有构筑物的基础上,对A/A/O微曝氧化沟工艺进行了改进。采用向反应器中投加磁粉人工磁化微生物絮体的方法来处理生活污水,并运用磁分离技术对经过磁化并吸附了有机物的污泥絮体进行沉降分离,从而达到去除污染物的目的。结果表明,磁性生物絮凝泥水混合液在磁分离器中能快速分离,磁场和磁粉强化了菌胶团的活性,提高了废水处理效果和抗冲击负荷能力,出水水质优于国家一级排放标准。
The paper investigated improvements in A/A/O micro-exposure oxidation ditch process based on the existing structures of the sewage treatment plant without changes. A new biological process was adopted to treat the domestic sewage by adding magnetic powder to magnetize microbe flocks artificially, and to subside and separate the sludge which was magnetized and absorbed organic material by the magnetic separation technique. The running results showed that mixed liquid of magnetic and biologic flocculation can be separated quickly and effectively in the magnetic separator. Magnetic field and magnetic powder reintbrce the activity of zoogloea, improve the effect of waste water treatment and the capability of anti-shock loading. By comparison with the level I criteria of the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant, the quality of effluent was better.
