摘要
利用Aspen Plus通用化工模拟软件对乙苯-苯乙烯精馏过程进行模拟计算,通过灵敏度分析功能对操作条件进行优化,当采用85块理论板,回流比取9.7,在第33块塔板进料时,可以达到较好的分离效果。
The distillation process of ethytbenzene ＆ styrene was simulated by Aspen Plus software in this paper. Through sensitivity analysis functions, the main operating conditions were optimized, well separation effect can be achieved when using 85 theoretical plates, the reflux ratio was 9.7, feed stage was 33.
