摘要
唐南膜平衡不仅对研究电解质的渗透现象十分重要,而且在生物膜现象中也非常重要。由于大分子分为不带电和聚电解质型,体系中小分子杂质带电情况和性质也各异,因此膜平衡后效应也不同。学生常对此产生困惑和疑问,为帮助深入理解唐南膜平衡,从定性、定量两个角度,通过典型的例题详细讨论了唐南平衡的膜平衡条件和应用。
Donnan membrane equilibrium not only played an important role in the research of electrolyte penetration phenomenon but also in the biological membrane phenomenon. Because macromolecules can be divided into non - charged and polyelectrolyte types and the possible existing small molecular impurities were with different numbers of charges in the system. There were different effects after Donnan membrane equilibriums, usually with a lot of confusion and questions in the students＇ study. In order to elucidate Donnan equilibrium comprehensively, the conditions and application of Donnan membrane equilibrium were discussed from the two aspects of quality and quantity with the classical examples.
