摘要
在盐酸介质中,痕量尿素对碘酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝的反应具有抑制作用,据此建立了一种新的、简单而快速的测定痕量尿素的催化动力学方法。线性范围0~1.60μg/10 mL。利用新建立的方法对游泳池水中尿素进行了测定,取得了比较满意的结果。
