摘要
通过正交实验和验证试验探讨固相萃取技术富集水中PAHs时各种因素的影响,优化固相萃取的条件。实验结果:洗脱溶剂:二氯甲烷,固相萃取小柱:Waters Oasis HLB,样品流速:5 mL/min,分2次洗脱体积为2 mL,有机改性剂:200 mL/L的甲醇。所建立的方法回收率高、操作简便、溶剂用量少。
The influence factors of concentrating PAHs in water were discussed by using SPE through the orthogonal experiment and verification experiment. The SPE conditions were optimized that SPE column was Waters Oasis HLB, 5 mL/min loading speed, dichloromethane as elution solvent, elution volume was 2 mL, 2 - eluting, and adding 200 mL methanol per liter of solution as organic modifiers. The proposed method had high recovery rate, with easy operation and less solvent consumption.
