参与教学法在高职教育中的应用

Participative Teaching Method Applied in Higher Vocational Education

摘要 高等职业教育倡导能力教学,培养高素质技能专业人才。教学过程提倡理论教学与实践教学相结合。在这样一个结合过程中,如何使教学不是简单的理论+实践——学点理论动手操作,而是体现两者的一个有机结合,在学习操作中有表达、有交流,有新思想和新认识的产生,能丰富个人体验,参与操作决策,共谋共划从而达到提高能改变现状的能力和进一步深入的信心。在这个教学思考中,参与教学法能提供一个有益的尝试,笔者以《流体输送》课程中的教学过程为例进行阐述。 The higher occupation education initiated skills teaching to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,whose teaching process was to promote the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching.In such a combination process,how to make the teaching was not only simple theory and practice—learning theory practice,but also the embodiment of both a organic combination,in learning to operate in expression,communication,and there were new ideas and new understanding of the generation to enrich personal experience and participate in the operation,decision-making,and seek common zoned in order to improve the ability to change the status quo and further confidence.A useful attempt during the participating teaching method was provided,taking Fluid Transport courses teaching as an example.
