The Research of Valve Switching Application Technology in the Detection of Natural Gas Composition

摘要 介绍了四阀六柱气相色谱仪在天然气组分检测中几种切换阀的应用技术,利用多阀多柱系统的组合,只需一次性进样就可以实施天然气样品的多组分同时分析,缩短了分析时间,提高了检测效率。切换阀的应用,不仅操作方便,而且结果稳定可靠。 An application technology based on several valve-switching systems was developed for the determination of natural gas composition by gas chromatography with four valve six column.Using a combination of multi-valve and multi-column system,it can be implemented simultaneous detection of multi-component gas samples only by one-time injection.It can shorten the analysis time and improve the detection efficiency.The application of the switching valve was a convenient operation,and the results were stable,accurate and reliable.
