摘要
常减压蒸馏装置作为原油的一次加工装置,在原油加工总流程中占有非常重要的作用。常减压装置的耗能约占炼油厂所用能量的10%~20%,优化设计常减压装置的换热网络结构,最大限度地回收热量,具有非常重大的意义。利用夹点技术对常减压蒸馏换热网络进行分析,对我国某常减压蒸馏装置进行换热网络优化。
Crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was the first processing device in refinery,which played an important role in the crude oil process.The crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was one of the most consumers with 10%~20% of the total energy consumption of the refinery.So the optimum design of the heat exchanger network of crude oil was critical to crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.By the pinch point technology,the original network of a crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation in China was optimized.
