摘要
橡胶是国民经济中不可缺少的重要原材料 ,对橡胶材料摩擦磨损特性展开研究具有重要的现实意义。通过在微量磨损试验机上对丁腈橡胶进行销盘式摩擦试验 ,发现摩擦力随时间周期性变化 ,出现波动现象 ,结合橡胶材料粘弹性和试验机电机输出特性对此进行了理论说明。通过数据统计分析发现摩擦力呈正态分布 ,分别用算术平均法和取一个周期中最大值与最小值的平均值的方法来计算橡胶摩擦系数 ,发现其差别不大 ,可用这两种方法来确定橡胶摩擦系数。
Rubber is important raw and processed materials in national economy, therefore it is of importance to study the friction and wear of rubber. Through the test of rubber friction of NBR under the microwear test, it has been found that the frictional force varies with time periodically, which has been explained theoritically on the basis of the property of rubber and wear test, and that the frictional force follows normal distribution by statistical analysis.Arithmetic mean value and average of maximum and minimum during a period have been both used to obtain the coefficient of friction, and it has been found that the difference of two results is small, thus to adopt both methods to compute the coefficient of friction of rubber has no difference.
