摘要
提高炼油污水生物处理的达标率 ,气浮絮凝处理是关键。将某炼油厂目前使用的复合絮凝剂PAFC +HIHON与新研制的复合絮凝剂TIDI +HIHON投入工业运行对比试验。每天对炼油污水所含的石油类、CODcr、Ar-OH等主要污染物进行监测并计算出它们的去除率。对三类指标的去除率运用多元方差分析 ,结果是应用新研制的絮凝剂去除率有显著提高 ;如果对三个指标分别运用一元方差分析 ,则只有第一个指标 ,即石油类指标具有显著差异 ;对其余两个指标用检验差异不显著。从而 ,为新研制絮凝剂投入工业生产运行提供了可靠的依据。
Flotation-flocculation pretreatment is vital to increase the rate to come up to discharge standard of refinery waste water after biological treatment. We compared the flocculation PAFC+HIHON being used in flotation process with the new type of flocculant TIDI+HIHON in practical operating. Oil,COD cr , Ar-OH were determind and used as the compared index. By using of multivariant variance analysis of rate of the wiping out of oil, COD cr and Ar-OH. By using of multivariant variance,we have the conclusion that the new flocculant is significantly better.By using univariate variance analysis to the three index separately,we obtained that only the first index has significance difference.The other two index are not significance difference by T 2 test. The results offer the reliable theoretical foundation for its industrial operating.
