摘要
盘羊(Ovis ammon)在中国有9个亚种,分别分布于青藏高原、天山、阿尔泰山及其邻近地区各山系和蒙新戈壁以至华北平原北部的山地丘陵带。青藏高原有二亚种;天山山地三亚种;蒙新戈壁带和华北地区二亚种;阿尔泰山和帕米尔高原各分布一个亚种。以上分布区总面积约为4×10~6km^2,其中以4×10~5km^2为其栖息活动地,估算资源储量近8万头,占全世界现有盘羊总数的4/5。近代由于人类经济活动的强烈影响,尤其是牧业发展直接侵占了其栖息地以及过量猎杀致使盘羊的分布区日趋退缩、数量不断减少,已处于濒危状态,故应采取有效措施保护这一珍稀物种。而对此,我国具举足轻重之重要作用。
There are 9 argali subspecie. in China, which mainly distributed in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Tianshan movntainous region and its nearby area, Mongolia-Xinjiang Gobi Desert and No China Plain. Besides, one subspecies belongs to Altai Mountain and one to Pamir Pleau. The argali resources have been seriously destroyed in recent years. The main fas of affection are the economic activities of human beings disrupting the argali habat environment and the overhuntmg causing the unsymmetrical population struct.
