摘要
为弄清镁碳质耐火材料在加载破坏过程中的损伤演化,利用小波变换对不同损伤阶段的典型声发射信号进行分析。采用小波特征能谱系数描述信号能量在各个频率范围的分布情况,得出耐火材料不同损伤阶段的破坏形式以及各损伤阶段所呈现出来的特性。结果表明,不同损伤阶段的信号能量分布特征存在明显的差异,利用小波特征能谱系数分析法能够有效地提取声发射源信号的特征并确定耐火材料的损伤类型。
To study the damage evolution of magnesia carbon refractory material in the loading damage process,the characteristics of typical acoustic emission(AE) signals are analyzed by means of the wavelet transform technique.The energy spectrum coefficients are used to describe the energy distribution of AE feature signals in each frequency band,and the damage form and signal characteristics in each damage phase are derived.The analysis shows that there is a significant difference in energy distribution of signals between various damage stages,and the energy spectrum coefficients of wavelet transform is effective in extracting the characteristics of AE resources and studying the various damage types of refractory materials.
