摘要
应用CAN总线技术开发的制动器台架自动测控系统,简化了系统结构,有效提高了测试水平和效率。系统主要由控制节点、数据采集节点和PC节点组成,其中,数据采集节点负责采集系统的控制参数,并分别传送到PC节点用于显示测试进程。运行结果表明,该系统实时性强、可靠性高、结构简化,现场运行结果达到了设计要求,使制动器台架试验测控水平得到了很大提高。
This paper introduces an automatic testing and controlling system that uses CAN for motorcycle brake test rack. It simplifies the structure of the rack and greatly improves the testing node and efficiency. The system is composed of controlling node, data collection node, and PC node etc.. Of which, data collection node gathers the controlling parameter and sends them to the PC node for monitoring the testing progress. The testing results show that this system can significantly improve that testing and controlling level of the rack.
