摘要
缸的电磁缓冲装置是根据电磁理论而提出的一种新型的非接触式缓冲装置。介绍了气缸电磁缓冲装置的主要结构和工作原理,建立了电磁力和气缸运动的数学模型,并用Matlab对其进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,气缸在加装了电磁缓冲装置后能有效防止活塞与气缸端盖发生硬冲击,避免造成气缸的损坏。
The electromagnetic buffer device of pneumatic-cylinder is a new type of non-contact buffer device based on the theory of electromagnetic. The main structure and working principle of the electromagnetic buffer device of pneumatic-cylinder were described, the mathematical model of the electromagnetic force and pneumatic-cylinder's movement was set up, which was simulated by Matlab. The simulation results show that, after the pneumatic-cylinder installed the electromagnetic buffer device, it can effectively prevent the hard impact happened between piston and cylinder shell cover, and avoid the damage caused to the pneumatic-cylinder.
