摘要
对滤波减速器轮齿的啮合齿面输入热流量、各表面对流传热系数两个温度场边界条件进行了计算,利用有限元方法分析在边界条件的约束下齿轮在不同工况下的温度场,得到各工况下轮齿稳态温度场的分布特性。通过对比其特性可知:齿轮本体温度会随着齿轮负载转矩、输入转速的增大和环境温度的升高而增大,但温度场分布规律不会改变。
The input heat flux of meshing tooth surface and the thermal physical parameters of each surface of filtering reducer were calculated. The bulk temperature distribution of gear was obtained by using the finite element method under different working con- ditions. The temperature distribution properties are revealed that the temperature of the gear will increase when the load torque, speed and environmental temperature increase, but the bulk temperature distribution law will not change.
