摘要 随着科学技术的发展,基于PLC运动控制器的研究已成为当前舞台机械运动控制领域的重要研究方向。结合剧院舞台机械表演设备的需求,给出了运动控制器硬件整体组成。具体介绍了运动控制器的结构和总体设计方法,并研究了运动控制器的核心算法及其实现。实际应用表明,该运动控制器取得了良好的效果。 Along with the development of science and technology, the research on PLC-based motion controller has become significant direction in stage machinery motion control area. Combining the demands for theater stage machinery performing equipment, the overall composition of the hardware of motion controller is given. The structure and systematic design method of the motion controller are introduced, and the kernel algorithm and implementation of the motion controller are researched. Practical application indicates that the motion controller achieves good results.
