摘要
根据透析液的特点,采用频率可调的双极性间歇脉冲方法,设计了一种透析液电导率测量仪。将该测量仪应用于电导率测量,同时对测量结果进行分段温度补偿。试验结果表明,双极性间歇脉冲法能够减弱极化效应和电容效应,有效提高测量精度。测量仪能够实现对透析液浓度的精确测量,可以广泛应用于血液透析机。
In accordance with the characteristics of dialysate, the method based on frequency adjustable bipolar intermittent pulse is proposed and an instrument for measuring the conductivity of dialysate is designed. This measuring instrument is applied into the measurement of conductivity; in addition, the piecewise temperature compensation is used for the measurement results. The experimental result shows that the method based on bipolar intermittent pulse can weaken the polarization effect and capacitance effect, and effectively improve the measurement accuracy, and the accurate measurement for dialysate concentration can be implemented by the measuring instrument. The instrument can be widely used in hemodialysis machines.
