摘要
选取156名大学生作为被试,采用实验组—对照组前后测设计,考查体验式教学在大学生心理健康教育课程中应用的可行性与有效性。结果发现:对照组实验前后心理健康水平差异不显著,而实验组除性心理障碍与依赖因子外,其余因子与实验前相比均有了显著改善。此外,实验组学生对教学效果给予了更高的评价。这表明与心理专题讲座相比,体验式教学在优化大学生心理素质、提升心理健康水平上更有效,教学效果更好。
Selecting 156 university students as subjects, using experimental group vs. control group pre-and post treatment design to examine the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of experiential teaching in the college students' psychological health education curriculum. The results showed that there was no statistical significance in the control group before and after the experiment, but the level of mental health in experimental group was significantly improved except psychosexual disorder and dependent factor. In addition, the experimental group students give a higher evaluation of teaching effectiveness. This demonstrated that compared with the psychological seminars, experiential teaching is more effective in improving college students' mental quality and in enhance their mental health level, and teaching efficiency of experiential teaching is better.
