摘要
在解决高等教育扩招后的大学毕业生就业问题中,用人单位对大学毕业生就业能力的期望、评价起着重要作用。通过对已就业毕业生的调查分析,考察用人单位对高校毕业生就业能力期望和评价,结果显示:高校毕业生需着力提升人际交往、沟通与表达能力;需要根据未来就职行业需求进行自我认识与自我职业定位;用人单位对解决问题能力需求的内核是领悟力及自学能力;用人单位希望高校毕业生能经历一场"真正的实习",切实锻炼实践能力。
Employer' s expectation and evaluation for the college graduates employability plays an important role for solving the employment after recruiting expansion. In this paper, focus on the expectations and evaluation of society, a survey of graduates employability had made. It shows that: college graduates need to enhance interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills, self-awareness and self-professional orientation according to the needs of the inaugural industry; the core ability to solve problems which the employer needs is a perceptive and self-learning ability; college graduates need experience a real internship in order to enhance the practical abilities.
