探讨建立自愿捐献机采血小板的招募策略及效果评估 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨建立深圳市龙岗区血站自愿捐献机采血小板队伍的招募策略,确保血小板用血安全。方法开展多渠道宣传、招募和加强管理的"新招募策略",加强对自愿捐献机采血小板队伍的管理。以实行"新招募策略"前1年自愿捐献机采血小板队伍的稳定性和应急调血比例为对照,实行后1年自愿捐献机采血小板队伍的稳定性和应急调血比例为实验组,分别对2组数据进行统计学分析。结果实行"新招募策略"后,自愿捐献机采血小板队伍稳定性大幅提高(χ2=52.16,P<0.01);应急调血比例减少(χ2=430.16,P<0.01)。结论对自愿捐献机采血小板队伍实行"新招募策略",能更好地保持自愿捐献机采血小板队伍的稳定性,有效保障机采血小板的临床供应。 Objective To discuss the establishment of voluntary Machine-Collected platelet donation recruitment strategies in Blood Station of Shenzhen Longgang district and to ensure the safe use of platelets. Methods To carry out multi-channel propaganda,recruitment and strengthen the management of the "new recruitment strategy" to enhance the management of the voluntary Machine-Collected platelet donation team. Compared to the data about the stability of voluntary Machine-Collected Platelet donation team and the proportion of the emergency blood transfer 1 year before the implementation of the "new recruitment strategy", and the data of 1 year after the implementation of the "new recruitment strategy" was designated as the experimental group. Two sets of data were respectively analyzed by statistics. Results After the implementation of the "new recruitment strategy", team stability for voluntary donation of platelets had a substantial increase (χ^2 = 52.16,P〈0. 01) ; the proportion of emergency blood transfer reduced (χ^2= 430. 16,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Applying the "new recruitment strategy" to the voluntary Machine-Collected Platelet donation team can better maintain the stability of the voluntary donation of platelets team and effectively protect the clinical supply of platelets.
