摘要
目的观察中药熏洗联合微波治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法将64例跖疣患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(28例),治疗组予中药熏洗联合微波治疗,对照组仅以微波治疗,观察两组的疗效和复发率。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合微波治疗跖疣疗效确切,复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicines （TCM） combined with microwave on plantar wart. Methods Sixty four patients with plantar wart were randomly divided into treatment group （36 cases） and control group （28 cases）. The treatment group received TCM fumigation combined with microwave, while the control group only received the treatment by microwave. The therapeutic effects and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the recurrence rate of the former was significantly lower than that of the latter one （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Treatment of plantar wart with combination of TCM fumigation and microwave is of certain effects and low recurrence rate.
