摘要
为了获取负离子纱线和咖啡碳纱线较佳组合方案,使织物的功能性达到较佳,实验采用50%负离子纤维/50%粘胶纤维混纺纱(简称负离子纱线)为经纱原料,30%咖啡碳纤维/70%粘胶纤维混纺纱(简称咖啡碳纱线)和负离子纱线为纬纱原料,按不同的投纬比例试织系列小样。在一定条件下,测试了每块小样释放负离子浓度和升温状况。结果表明:当纬线为100%咖啡碳纱线时,织物的蓄热保暖能力相对较好;负离子纱线与咖啡碳纱线的纬线排列比为1∶2时,织物的蓄热保暖和释放负离子的综合性能较好。
In order to obtain a better combination of negative ion yarn and coffee carbon yarn and better functionality of fabric, the experiment uses 50 % negative ion fiber/50% viscose blended yarn (negative ion yarn for short) as the raw material of warp and 30% coffee carbon fiber/70% viscose blended yarn (coffee carbon yarn for short) and negative ion yarn as the raw material of weft and weaves a series of samples with different proportions of weft insertion. This study tests the concentration of negative ion released and temperature rise of each sample under certain conditions. The result shows that, when the weft is 100% coffee carbon yarn, the fabric has a better thermal storage and heat-retaining power~ when the arrangement ratio of negative ion yarn and coffee carbon yarn is 1 : 2, the fabric has a better combination property of thermal storage, heat-retaining and negative ion released.
