摘要
党的十七届六中全会提出了建设文化强国的目标,对于高校来说,实现文化强校是建设高水平大学的客观要求,其中不断加强校风、学风建设,提高人才培养质量又是高校办学的出发点和归宿。加强对高雅校园文化的研究,对于加强高校学风建设,提高人才培养质量具有较强的实践价值,是当下我国高校契合党的十七届六中全会精神对高等教育发展规律所进行的积极而有益的探索。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of CPC set the goal of building a culturally powerful nation.For colleges and universities,strong campus culture is an objective requirement of building high-level universities,of which the continual construction of school spirit and study style together with the improvement of talent cultivation quality is both the starting point and the end result for college running.Research on elegant campus culture is not only of more practical value to meet this demand,but a positive and beneficial exploration of the developmental pattern for higher education to correspond to the spirit of CPC＇s Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee.
