摘要
介绍了频域介电谱测试的原理和测试方法,对一支存在疑似缺陷的套管进行了频域介电谱测试,并结合套管局部放电试验进行对比分析。结果表明采用0.01~1000Hz频段的频域介电谱测试获取套管介损频率曲线,能够较灵敏检测套管内部绝缘介质老化、受潮以及内部异物等状况。频域介电谱测试应用于高压套管绝缘现场诊断,其实施简单、抗干扰能力强,可作为传统检测方法的补充,具有较好的工程实用价值。
Introduction was made to the principle and testing method of frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy (FDS) test. The FDS test was used to assess the condition of the suspected bushing. To further diagnose the bushing's condition, the partial discharge test was done after the demolition of the bushing. Theoretical analysis and test results show that the dielectric loss frequency curve from 0.01 Hz to 1 000 Hz is sensitive to bushing's internal insulation aging, moisture, and internal foreign body. The FDS test has the advantages of simple implementation and good anti-interference ability, lt's a useful supplement of traditional detection methods and has good value in engineering applications.
