摘要
随着高新技术的不断发展并被广泛应用于战争,曾主导战争近百年的机械化作战形式悄然改变,信息化作战登上了战争舞台。作战指挥的实践证明,一定条件下的指挥要求与之相适应的指挥方式,针对我海军未来的信息化海战形式,就必须要有一种新的指挥方式与之相适应。文章在分析信息化战争基本形态和海战作战指挥特点的基础上,提出了"动态分权式网络指挥"的新的指挥方式,并对其基本特征与运用要求进行了探讨。
With the continuous development and of the high tech and using widely in the war, the war forms of the mechanized warfare, which has led nearly a hundred years, is changing quietly, information warfare boards the war scene. The practice of the operational com- mand has proved that a command under a certain condition requires a new command to adapt. For our navy＇s information naval warfare in the future, it is necessary to have a new way of command to adapt. On the basis of analysis of the information warfare and the naval operational command characteristics, the article proposed the ＂dynamic decentralized network command＂, and investigate its basic characteristics and ap- plication requirements
