摘要
分析了合成氨装置原负荷控制系统的不足之处。针对原系统的缺点,对负荷控制系统进行了改进设计,将原负荷控制中的主要控制对象———水气比控制和氢氮比控制分别控制合并,同时将原手动氢氮比控制改进为自动控制,实现了负荷控制的高度自动化。
Through analysis on the shortages of original load control system with hydrogen to nitrogen ratio and steam to gas ratio being controlled separately, the improving design was made. The new system integrated the hydrogen to nitrogen ratio and steam to gas ratio control, with automatic control for hydrogen to nitrogen ratio instead of manual method. After improving, the load could be fully controlled automatically.
