摘要
高能耗高排放的重点企业既是陕西省经济增长的主要力量,也是环境污染大户,成为实现全省节能减排目标的关键环节。文章在通过分类对这些重点企业在陕西省经济发展中的作用及其低碳发展情况进行说明的基础上,运用SWOT分析方法,指出其低碳化发展面临的机会和威胁,存在的优势和劣势,进而提出"明确目标、夯实基础、减少排放、争取进步"的低碳发展战略思路。
The key enterprises, which have the problems such as high energy consumption and high emission, are not only the main force of economic growth, but also the environmental pollution leader. The paper can figure out the opportunities and threats at present, existing advantages and disadvantages, and then puts forward the low-carbon strategic development thought of ＂define objectives, lay solid foundation, reduce emissions, strive for progress＂, through explaining the role in the economic development of these key enterprises in Shaanxi province and the level of low-carbon development.
