摘要
文章主要研究了HXD燃烧炉工作原理和控制过程,并对其熄火原因进行分析,通过改进燃烧炉继电器控制方式存在的问题,把各压力开关和火焰检测信号直接输入PLC,进行软件编程控制,增加系统故障报警功能,解决了HXD燃烧炉熄火问题,提高了燃烧炉运行可靠性和可维护性、达到了保障产品质量的目的。
This paper mainly studies the HXD burner operating principle and control process, analyses the burner flameout reason, by improving the burner relay control problems, puts the pressure switch and the flame detection signal directly into PLC, controls pro- gramming, increases the system fault alarm function, solves the problem of HXD burner flameout, improvs burner operation reliability and maintainability, to ensure the quality of product.
